Executed a 360°-based assessment of the CEO of a global capital equipment manufacturer, identifying and outlining ways of enhancing leadership effectiveness, and creating a more effective senior executive team. Supported the leader in implementing recommendations by facilitating team sessions to sharpen the focus on business strategies and operational plans.

Growing Leadership Capability at the Top
Supported a private-equity-owned firm in acquiring and developing its strategic talent, enabling the client to achieve challenging growth objectives that led to a successful IPO after its first two years of operation. Contributed to building the firm’s leadership capacity by assessing the top twenty-five leaders, and advancing development plans for each executive.
Talent Acquisition & On-Boarding
Provided a turn-key solution to a leading, high-growth national financial services firm to assimilate over thirty newly-hired executives, including a Chief Financial Officer. The solution entailed the creation of comprehensive on-boarding program that enabled newly-hired executives to successfully transition into a dynamic, and rapidly changing corporate culture.

Accelerating Executive Team Performance
Supported the efforts of a Division CEO of a large, national construction services company to develop a strategic business plan, and capture key milestones, responsibilities and timelines to properly execute the plan and foster a culture of personal accountability.
Assisted the CEO at a financial services firm to identify and address challenges relating to team trust and effectiveness. Recommendations led to improving relationships, enhancing focus on team business metrics, and contributing to the team’s success against performance objectives.
Facilitated a rigorous planning session to enable a newly-appointed CEO and his team to make the right investment and product planning decisions. This effort resulted in the development of a detailed plan for this start-up medical device company to successfully achieve its annual business objectives and to attract additional investors.
