Achieve™ Executive Coaching Services
Achieve™ Executive Coaching enables a recently promoted, or soon-to-be-advanced senior executive to determine the areas where he or she needs to strengthen their leadership effectiveness. Through these services, the leader learns alternative approaches to successfully address the near and mid-term challenges in their evolving roles.
Each coaching assignment is tailored to the individual executive and the challenges to be addressed. An extensive executive interview and a 360° assessment are used to develop a focused coaching agenda that leads to success. Achieve™ Coaching has been used to address a broad array of development opportunities: Growing Leadership Capability; Accelerating Succession Readiness; Enhancing Critical Skills; and Improving key relationships with the Board and/or other key colleagues.
StartRight™ Coaching Services
The selection and appointment of a new, externally hired, senior executive represents a significant investment on the part of a firm, and one with traditionally high risk. StartRight™ services provide early transition support to a new senior leader to plan and execute the initial key challenges of the role, enabling a successful assimilation into the firm. These services also contribute by accelerating the on-boarding process of the new leader resulting in earlier contributions to the firm.
ExecProfile™ Services
Decisions regarding the type of role that can best develop an executive as a highly effective leader should ideally be made after a baseline assessment of the individual’s capabilities and needs is completed. The information provided on current capability and needs through ExecProfile™ services enables better readiness and development decisions on the part of the leader and the firm.
